Locweld Towers Fit
Lattice is our core business. Locweld is renowned for personalized customer experience, ease of assembly, and on-time delivery. Locweld manufactures steel lattice transmission line structures up to 765Kv including both self-supporting and guyed lattice towers. Our tower fabrication experience extends through welded lattice structures as well as the conventional bolted designs. Our production space is the largest in North America.

Locweld is proud of our reputation for fabricating the best quality transmission towers in North America. Locweld has a strict Quality Assurance Program in place, with quality objectives, quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and ongoing quality improvement practices.
All production procedures are carried out in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system. Galvanizing and welding processes are performed in accordance with the applicable standards. Products are inspected throughout fabrication to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Material: Tests and inspections are conducted to ensure that the material furnished is strictly in accordance with the Customer’s specification.

Our Engineering team is available to our customers for technical support. Using the latest industry software, Locweld engineers ensure the tower design meets the loading specifications and site requirements.
Trial Assembly & Load Testing
Locweld is known for the ease of tower assembly in the field. All tower types are trial assembled in our facility prior to mass production and errors are corrected to ensure accuracy and proper fit.
When required, each new tower design is constructed at the test site and tested to meet customer specifications.
Packing & Logistics
This step is crucial for efficient tower installation on site. Every bundle is bar coded and clearly identified as per customer specifications. Each mark number is individually stamped.
Delivery is our top priority. Your shipments are tracked to ensure they arrive as expected, when promised.
Replacement Parts: We pride ourselves on the fastest response for missing and damaged pieces.
